What you will need to do is download one of the many Anti-adware software's available. What these programs will do is identify which programs start automatically when you boot up. Now just look and take in all the different programs which automatically run, without deleting anything.
Now that you have a better picture of what is going on at start up, you can now start filtering which programs you know and which ones you don't. Now depending on the software you have downloaded, there should be a button that says something like "clean now" or "remove adware". At this point, you can sit back and relax and let the anti adware software perform the removal of Trojan viruses from your computer. I am glad that all the spyware, adware and viruses on my computer are all gone now all thanks to high quality software which I downloaded and would highly recommend it.
